James C. Sullivan, MSc, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer

James is the Chief Scientific Officer of enGene, where he oversees Research and Preclinical Development. Previously, he served as Vice President, Head of Pulmonary Discovery at Translate Bio, Inc. Before joining Translate Bio, James was Executive Director, Head of Translational Biology at Sana Biotechnology. He also served at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he where he was a member of the team managing new drug applications for several products. James holds a B.S. in Biology from Boston College, a M.Sc. from University College Dublin, and a Ph.D. from Boston University.
