Jill Buck

Chief Development Officer

Jill Buck is Chief Development Officer at enGene. She joined the Company in September 2024 as SVP, Clinical Development Operations and is responsible for driving enGene’s clinical strategy and operations. Jill has over 25 years of global experience in drug development across multiple treatment modalities, therapeutic areas and phases of development from preclinical through BLA/MAA acceptance. Prior to joining enGene, Jill was Head, Clinical Development Operations, Rare Diseases at Ipsen from March 2023-September 2024. She was responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and guidance to the clinical development operations team, ensuring that clinical stage programs achieve program deliverables within established timelines and budgets. She also provided strategic and operational oversight and direction of the planning and execution of clinical programs in the company. Before joining Ipsen, Jill held several senior roles in Clinical Development and Operations at Albireo Pharma, Ziopharm Oncology and Synageva BioPharma. She holds a BA in English and Communications from Boston College.
