As an additional governance layer, the enGene Enterprise Team, comprised of the Company’s most senior leaders, works closely with the broader Leadership Team to maintain cross-functional alignment within the organization. This strategic collaboration supports oversight and fosters innovation.

We seek to support high-impact nonprofit organizations such as Life Science Cares Boston, as well as those that support patients in their journey, such as the Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) and professional medical associations and more. To foster connection between our people and our mission, we also encourage employees to engage in volunteer and fundraising opportunities, many of which are extensions of our engagement with community-based organizations and events like the Special Olympics Massachusetts BioBall and BCAN’s Walk to End Bladder Cancer.
